The Portuguese government has recently announced a new programme aimed at simplifying administrative bureaucracy — a welcome initiative designed to streamline access to essential Portuguese identification numbers.
The programme facilitates the process of obtaining key documents such as the Portuguese Taxpayer Number (NIF), the Social Security Number (NISS), and the National Healthcare User Number (Número de Utente).

Portuguese Passport: Validity Extended to 10 Years
